We operate a unified advertising management platform at almaso.in that creates and manages campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads on behalf of our users.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use our website and services. We process personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, business name, website URL, industry, GST number (if provided), and advertising goals.
Payment information. We collect payment details to process Ad Credit top-ups. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateways, Razorpay and PayPal, or made by bank transfer, in which case we record the transfer details you send us. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on the gateway's secure checkout and are not stored on our servers. We keep only transaction references such as order and payment IDs, the amount, and the status.
Campaign data. We collect the campaign descriptions you provide, targeting preferences, budget allocations, and performance data from your Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Website tracking data. When you install our universal tracking pixel, it collects standard web analytics data from your website visitors — page views, conversion events, and device information.
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including device, browser, and IP address information.
We use your information to create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and campaigns on your behalf; process payments and maintain your Ad Credit balance; issue GST tax invoices; optimize campaign performance and automate budget allocation between platforms; provide performance reports; communicate with you about your account, including scheduling onboarding calls and sending calendar invitations; improve our platform; and comply with legal obligations.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and to perform our contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time, which may limit our ability to provide the service.
We share the information needed to deliver the service with Google (Google Ads API), Meta (Marketing API), Razorpay and PayPal (payment processing), and our email and hosting providers. These parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
We create ad accounts on your behalf under our Google MCC and Meta Business Manager. These accounts are managed by us but created for your business.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a request from a government authority.
We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain anonymized performance data for up to 12 months. Payment and invoicing records are retained for at least 8 years to comply with GST and other financial regulations.
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under applicable law you may request access to your personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data we no longer need, and a summary of how it is processed. You may also withdraw consent, opt out of marketing messages, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
