Almaso (almaso.in) is operated by Somak Gupta, a sole proprietor trading as Almaso, 1st Floor, Flat No. 35, Meenakshi Tower, Bagaluru Main Road, Kattigenahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560063, India (GSTIN 29AURPG3991R1ZE). By creating an account or using Almaso, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Almaso creates and manages Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on your behalf based on your instructions, acting as an intermediary — creating ad accounts under our management infrastructure, funding ad spend from your Ad Credit balance, and providing a simplified interface for campaign creation and performance monitoring.
To use the service, you must provide accurate business information, have a functioning website, and have an active Facebook Page. We verify your information during a 6-12 hour onboarding period.
Providing false or misleading business information may result in account suspension.
You fund your advertising by adding Ad Credit. Your Ad Credit balance pays for your ad spend on Google and Meta. Ad spend is calculated and deducted from your balance daily, and is shown in your dashboard as a single ad spend figure that includes applicable taxes. Google and Meta spend draw from the same balance.
Service charges apply only to Enterprise clients and are as set out in the separate written agreement with them. They are not charged to Self-Serve accounts.
Ad Credit can be added through Razorpay (India only), PayPal, or bank transfer, depending on your country and account setup. Bank transfers are credited to your balance once we confirm receipt. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate, currently 18%, is charged as required by law and is included in the ad spend deducted from your balance. Where applicable, we issue GST tax invoices under GSTIN 29AURPG3991R1ZE. Please keep your billing details accurate.
Ad platforms may occasionally spend up to 2x your daily budget on a given day. Your Ad Credit balance must cover these fluctuations; we pause your campaigns if your balance reaches zero, and they can be resumed once you add Ad Credit.
Ad Credit top-ups are non-refundable once ad spend has been incurred. Unused Ad Credit balance may be refunded on request within 30 days of the last top-up, less any ad spend, applicable taxes, and (for Enterprise clients) agreed service charges already incurred.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5-7 business days. To request a refund, email hello@almaso.in.
You provide campaign instructions in natural language; we use AI and human review to translate these into campaign configurations. We also use automated machine-learning optimization to distribute your budget between Google and Meta based on performance. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you advertise complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Accounts created through our service sit under our MCC and Business Manager. If you leave Almaso, we will work with you to transfer account access where platform policies allow, subject to a 30-day notice period.
By installing our tracking pixel, you authorize us to load Google and Meta tracking scripts on your website. You are responsible for updating your privacy policy and obtaining required visitor consent.
Almaso is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific ad performance.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel at any time; we will stop active campaigns and refund remaining Ad Credit balance minus outstanding ad spend, taxes, and (for Enterprise clients) agreed service charges. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
